Complaints
We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We have a procedure in place to enable you to let us know if you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from either doctors or staff working at this practice. If you wish to make a complaint, please ask at reception for the complaint procedure. All complaints will be recorded and written complaints will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt.

We welcome and value feedback from our patients. You can share your comments and suggestions in the following ways:
- In writing, by placing them in our suggestions box.
- Online via our website or by email.
- After your appointment, whether in person or via telephone, you can also provide feedback through our available channels.
